Collaborative Conflict Resolution
As team members work closely together, conflict is inevitable and doesn’t need to be considered a negative. In this workshop participants will learn the different types of conflict resolution styles, why conflicts exist and strategies for resolving conflicts. A collaborative discussion model will be practiced during the workshop utilizing typical on-the-job conflict situations.
Team Skills
This interactive workshop first focuses on what it takes to be a great team and the benefits of developing collaboration skills. Then the DiSC profile is used to learn how to adapt to each team members styles, needs and motivation.
Team members create a team charter for how they will interact in the future. Includes the DiSC Classic profile and experiential team building activities.
Advanced Team Skills
Includes everything in Team Skills with the addition to trust building activities and feedback and analysis of how the team can work together to deliver innovative products and services. It includes a second profile, Team Talents, which provides feedback on an individual’s preferred role on a work team: Creating ideas, advancing ideas, refining ideas and/or executing ideas.
