Making the Communication Connection with DiSC®	Why do we get along with and communicate better with some people than with others? Your natural style of communicating falls into four primary dimensions: Dominance, influence, Steadiness and Consciousness. Personal effectiveness is significantly enhanced when you recognize the various motivational and communication needs of others, be they a customer, boss, co worker or employee. Includes the DiSC Classic profile.
Communication Effectiveness for Managers	How do you know if your message has been understood? As the "person in the middle" of the communication flow, the supervisor is responsible for delivering clear messages targeted to the specific needs of diverse groups including employees, upper management, peer supervisors, customers and vendors. Participants will learn a communication effectiveness model and practice communication skills including listening, verbal and non-verbal skills.
High Impact Presentation Skills (full day)	Anyone can learn to deliver high impact presentations. Participants in this interactive workshop will answer the following five questions for preparing and delivering high impact presentations: 1) What is your objective? 2) Who is your audience? 3) How will your presentation be structured? 4) How will you design and display visual aids? And 5) How will you create agreement and action? Participants then practice an on the job presentation topic.

Many clients select several topics to create a training series. Pre and post workshop assignments are provided to reinforce learning between each training date. Our new on-line workshops can be added between classroom workshops for a blended approach.
